This bohemian wedding shoot is full of vintage wedding ideas.
Here’s What Ann (Ann Steward Photography) Had to say about this shoot:
‘It’s the perfect mix of vibrance and romance. We shot at the Wedding Barn at L’Horne (circa 1904), a local wedding venue in Byron, Georgia. The barn and beautiful rolling hills were the perfect backdrop for our shoot.
We chose a rich, jewel-toned color palette so the details would pop against the wintery grays and browns of L’Horne barn.
To tie the bohemian and vintage styles together, we focused on texture to give the shoot a tactile feel. This sensory experience flows throughout the shoot. As demonstrated by the sheer lace overlay of the bridal gown, the velvety protea and ruffled scabiosa in the florals, the lush vintage rugs, and in the thumbprint and hobnail glasses in the table setting.
The table was left elegantly undone, with its loose hand-tied florals, rough-edged agate slice placeholders, smooth vintage gold candlesticks, and its eclectic mix of vintage china and imperial glassware.
Real moments of love and laughter shine throughout this shoot. Our real couple, Zac and Mia were married a year ago. They had so much fun at their wedding that they jumped at the chance to model for us.
The bride’s dressed in a sheer lace gown and the groom in suspenders and floral bow tie. While the bride’s hair and lush and wild bouquet are traditionally bohemian, her vintage style earrings meld this look into a cohesive blend of bohemian and vintage fusion.’
