With so many couples recently engaged, we teamed up with DIY blog and wedding shop, Beau-Coup, and beverage catering service based out of San Francisco, Ceremony, to bring you these three delicious signature cocktails perfect for your engagement party (or bridal shower!). Ceremony specializes in hand-crafted and organic artisan cocktails for weddings, corporate parties, private events, and more, and what they’ve created for us today is just a little taste of their talent! Scroll down for the three beverage recipes that are showcased in Beau-Coup’s customizable Cheers engagement party collection, which is currently available for sale in their shop.
Rohini Moradi of Ceremony helped to set up this beautiful cocktail bar, complete with her gold bar tools. The beverage catering service can provide anything you may need for your bar, whether it be bar tools, booze, the bartenders themselves, or all of the above. They also provided their own organic simple syrup, Roya Spirit, which made the cocktails all the more delicious. Beau-Coup asked Rohini how she chooses the ingredients for a signature cocktail, and she said there are a number of different things to consider. What’s the couple’s wedding style? Is there a color theme? What flavors and spirits do they typically like? Once she has those answers, she’s able to whip up very different, very delicious signature cocktails.
1. Amaro Julep
A combination of spirit, mint, and lots of ice — juleps have a way of taking intense alcoholic flavors and tempering them to the likings of the most sensitive palettes. Garnish with lots of mint for an extra festive look.
Ingredients
– 1 1/2 oz. Bruto Americano Amaro
– 1 1/2 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
– Mint leaves
Directions
In a rocks glass, add Bruto Americano Amaro and St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.
2. Dessert Rose
This stunning cocktail is like a gin fizz, but way more gorgeous. The trick to getting a tower of creamy, frothy foam is to shake like crazy! Garnished with a single rose petal, this drink will surely impress.
Ingredients
– 1 1/2 oz. St. George Botanivoir Gin
– 1 egg white
– 1/2 oz. Roya Spirit Simple Syrup
– 1/2 oz. guava juice
– 1/4 oz. rose water
– 1/4 lime
Directions
Add all ingredients to shaker top and shake vigorously (without ice). Add ice and shake for five more seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with a single rose petal.
3. Ro’s Merry Baby
Rohini’s twist on the classic gimlet is the perfect party cocktail. Her sweet simple syrup paired with a dash of lime and a sprig of rosemary perfectly complement juniper-rich gin. It’s a little sweet, a little tart, and oh so refreshing!
Ingredients
– 1 1/2 oz. St. George Terroir Gin
– 1 sprig of rosemary
– 1/2 oz. Roya Spirit Simple Syrup
– 1/2 oz. lime juice
Directions
Muddle a pinch of rosemary in shaker top and add the rest of ingredients. Add ice to shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with lime and rosemary.
We’re dying to hear which of these three cocktails is your favorite. Let us know in the comments below once you’ve given them a try!

That julep looks so tasty. These are such great drinks for an engagement party. While I’m not on that track yet, I don’t think there’s a problem with me just throwing a party with these drinks included!
