1. What made the wedding special and unique?
What made our wedding so unique was having it in the most beautiful place, where we came to celebrate our engagement and went back with our closest loved ones for our ceremony.
2. The gown- how/where?
Dress is from Sarah Seven. She is based out of LA and I found her designs in NY!
3. Personal wedding touches:
My mother-in-law did all the frames on our dinner tables, along with the placement cards. She made them so special by naming the tables after Ian and my nicknames, and the placement cards had our guests nicknames instead of their full names!
4. Memorable part of the wedding:
Ian wrote and sang a song for me. That was so special and dear to my heart. Having our close friend officiate our ceremony was a wonderful moment too!
5. How did you meet?
We met through the dating app Bumble!
Ian was still living in Seattle (and had just visited NY), we messaged but fell out of touch since we lived far away. Ian promised he would let me know when he was back in NY, so we could meet for dinner.
He kept his promise and asked me out to dinner when he was back. After canceling on him, i finally met him that day. And I knew he was the one right after our first date!
6. About your Engagement (how did he propose):
Ian proposed on a beach in LA. We were out there to go visit his family, and then join friends and go to Cabo for the weekend.
He proposed right before our weekend in Cabo, and it was a complete surprise to me, I had no idea it was coming!
