from the planner… “For Tzlil and Andy, their Seattle wedding was a destination wedding. The couple lives in the Boston area, but when it came down to planning a wedding, they knew that they wanted to do something a little bit different in an area that meant a lot to them. Tzlil and Andy fell in love with Seattle and knew this was where they wanted to bring all their friends and family – some even traveling as far as Israel. The festivities started early with a pre-cocktail hour before the ceremony. Guests were encouraged to mingle and walk around the gardens. A photo backdrop – complete with selfie sticks – was used for guests to participate in photos.”
“The ceremony took place under Willows Lodge’s gazebo. The couple incorporated some Jewish elements including a beautifully draped chuppa designed by Juniper Flowers. The chuppa was tied together by lots of beautiful white flowers and fun greenery. The couple also incorporated some pieces of fabric belonging to Andy’s passed father as a way to honor him.”
“Willows Lodge reception room was completely transformed into an elegant affair. Pipe and drape was hung, floral trees were created, decor covered the place from top to bottom. Every single detail was perfectly planned. From the full foliage and moss centerpieces to the springs of lavender placed on top each menu, this wedding was a rustic garden affair. And once the dance party started, it never stopped. What surprised me the most is that most of the guests were coming from the east coast, but the time change didn’t affect them. After a strong request, the DJ even played an encore.”
