The story we’ve decided to share with you is about a super intimate destination elopement from Iceland that we were lucky to capture. Georgia & Max are a very calm, deep, and cute couple. The weather on that day was very moody & dramatic, which is not typical for Iceland even in summer. We had a very calm getting ready, had a ceremony at the famous Budor Black Church, and afterward visited some pretty epic locations in the west of Iceland.
This elopement was a true Icelandic blend of adventure & a cozy intimate elopement for two.
Iceland makes for an unreal wedding setting (one-of-a-kind backdrop for pictures, too) and a unique honeymoon for newlyweds. Couples could stay for another week to explore the diverse and dramatic landscapes, traversing the Ring Road for a much-needed rest after all the hectic wedding preparations. They could book a campervan months ahead and choose the coziest campervan for their first-ever trip as a married couple.
