From our lovely handpicked member Sisti Co.:
“It was a record-high heatwave that hit San Diego last July. What everybody had thought would be a breezy, temperate 80 degrees of dry heat turned into a humid 114 degree soiree. The heat did not diminish the smiles or the fun on Danielle and Jacks’ wedding day, as they laughed and loved throughout the festivities with their closest friends and family. Our color palette focused on bright greens, ivory, and hints of claret and salmon. We sought to create a playful environment with these colors to help reinforce the fun-loving nature of the B&G. We strung garland along the boho, white wood bar for cocktails that overlooked Cordiano Winery’s rolling hills and continued the theme into reception with copper accents and modern ceramics. Guests were greeted with peach and grapefruit Bellinis to start the fun a little early, and the best part? Everyone, regardless of the heat, had a blast.”
